Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-003/24.
El actor le pidió a la Corporación aclarar la decisión en el punto donde dice amparar el derecho al trabajo y confirmar la negativa de protección del derecho a la salud.
La Corte encontró que el requerimiento realizado por el accionante incumplió con el requisito de oportunidad, toda vez que fue formulado de manera posterior al término de ejecutoria de notificación del fallo.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la aclaración rogada.
